My journey with Syrah began in 2019 when I was 18. I started as a chubby kid trying to lose weight, and Syrah completely changed my perspective on training. With her, fitness became a lifestyle about health, strength, and feeling great. Despite every challenge, she supported me through the highs & lows until we began reaching the goals we set years ago. Her self-determination and perseverance are unmatched two of the many qualities that make Syrah one of the best in the game.

Most of our workouts are designed to be flexible! You can do them at home with little to no equipment. For some sessions, having a yoga mat, resistance bands, or dumbbells can help you get the most out of the exercises, but we always provide alternatives so you can train with what you have.
