What type of support do you offer?

We provide assistance via email for account issues, technical problems, and general questions about using Syrah’s Method. Our support team is here to guide you every step of the way.

What equipments do i need for a home workout

Most of our workouts are designed to be flexible! You can do them at home with little to no equipment. For some sessions, having a yoga mat, resistance bands, or dumbbells can help you get the most out of the exercises, but we always provide alternatives so you can train with what you have.

Which workout program is right for me
